What sets Tara apart is a career built from the inside out. Before entering the search industry, she spent years in hospital administration focused on physician recruitment and relations, strategic planning, and business development, working shoulder-to-shoulder with clinicians and C-suite leaders to expand physician services and fuel organizational growth. That foundation gives her a 360-degree perspective few in her field can match: she understands the pressures on both sides of the table.
Today, Tara partners with private practices, medical groups, and local, regional, and national healthcare systems to solve complex recruitment challenges that go far beyond filling a vacancy. Her work is rooted in aligning talent strategy with the issues that matter most – access to care, physician engagement, and the long-term sustainability of healthcare organizations.
