Chris brings experience across the full spectrum of healthcare organizations—including the nation’s largest for-profit health system, leading academic medical centers, nonprofit hospitals, and a global consulting and executive search firm.
Chris’ 20+ years of experience in physician recruitment and strategic consulting make him uniquely equipped to lead physician executive recruitment efforts. His proven success in partnering with C-suite leaders, building high-performing teams, and optimizing recruitment infrastructure across diverse healthcare settings ensures a strategic, data-driven approach to attracting top physician leadership talent.
Chris began his career at HCA Healthcare, where he advanced from a physician sourcing recruiter to Vice President of Provider Recruitment for the East Florida Division. He went on to apply his expertise at OhioHealth and later at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where he played a key role in driving post-merger recruitment integration—transitioning from decentralized, market-based teams to a centralized recruitment model. Chris then joined Korn Ferry, where he led consulting and healthcare recruitment engagements across a wide range of organizations. Most recently, he partnered with the University of Vermont Health Network to build and lead an enterprise-wide physician recruitment team and strategy.
Chris and his wife Danielle have called Florida home for most of the past 25 years and are proud parents of three children. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors and especially love activities on the water.
