Dwayne Roache is the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Jackson Physician Search. He manages the company’s finances and has played a key role in the company’s growth for the last ten years.
Dwayne contributes a wealth of knowledge to JPS due to his exceptional programing and reporting skill set, which allows him to build models and reports that deliver precision in daily operating metrics, forecasting, budgeting and planning—all of which are essential to sound financial decision making and continuous growth.
Prior to joining JPS, Dwayne served at AGCO Corporation, a publicly traded global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural equipment with over $10B in annual revenue. During his career, Dwayne has held many key positions with various leading sectors such as manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, energy and technology.
Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys traveling internationally, listening to music, reading, spending time with his family, and attending his daughter Christina’s various art performances.
Dwayne is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and holds a B.S. in accounting/finance and an Executive MBA from Georgia State University.
