Dwayne is the Senior Vice President of Accounting at Jackson Physician Search. He manages the company’s finances and has played a key role in the company’s growth for the last ten years.
Dwayne contributes a wealth of knowledge due to his exceptional programming and reporting skill set, which allows him to build models and reports that deliver precision in daily operating metrics, forecasting, budgeting, and planning—all of which are essential to sound financial decision-making and continuous growth.
Before joining Jackson Physician Search, Dwayne served at AGCO Corporation, a publicly traded global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural equipment with over $10B in annual revenue. During his career, Dwayne has held key positions with leading sectors such as manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, energy, and technology.
Outside work, Dwayne enjoys traveling internationally, listening to music, reading, spending time with his family, and attending his daughter Christina’s various art performances.
